Who we are
SpaceSphere Live is operated by SYGNITO, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom. This notice explains what we collect, where it is stored, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, you can reach us at the contact email in the Contact section below.
What we collect
You can browse SpaceSphere without an account. If you create an account, we store your email address, the items you save, your Learn progress, and your saved display preferences. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it except with the service providers described below who help us run the product.
Where your data is stored
Account data and related state are stored with Supabase, hosted in the European Union (the eu-west-1 region in Ireland). The site itself is hosted on Vercel. These providers may process limited technical data, such as your internet address, to deliver and secure the service.
Payments
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered with Stripe and never reach SpaceSphere servers. We receive confirmation of your subscription status so we can enable your plan, but we do not see or store your full card number.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. We run it behind Consent Mode version 2, so analytics storage stays denied until you accept and no analytics cookies are set before then. You can accept or decline from the banner and change your mind at any time.
AI features
Some features use the Google Gemini API to generate briefs, explanations, and answers. For these requests we keep audit logs that record only metadata, such as the time and the type of request. We do not store the text of your questions or the AI answers. AI output can be imperfect, so please check it against the linked sources.
Live data
The live layers on SpaceSphere come from public third-party feeds, each attributed on the site. This data is provided for information and education only. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of these feeds, and the positions and readings shown are approximate and not for navigation, emergency, or collision avoidance use.
Your choices and rights
You can accept or decline analytics at any time and clear the stored choice in your browser to see the banner again. If you have an account, you can update your details, or ask us to delete your account and its data, by contacting us. Because we operate from the United Kingdom, we handle personal data in line with United Kingdom data protection law.
