Terms of Service
About these terms
SpaceSphere Live is operated by SYGNITO, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are written in plain language and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The service
SpaceSphere brings together a live 3D globe, orbital tracking, launches, earthquakes, natural events, Space News, and guided Learn lessons, along with optional AI features. The service is provided for information and education only. Live data comes from public third-party feeds, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy or availability. The service is provided as it is, and features may change or pause.
Your account
Some features need an account. You agree to give an accurate email address, to keep your sign in details safe, and to be responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live in order to create an account.
Acceptable use
Please use SpaceSphere fairly. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law or infringe the rights of others. AI features are for personal, educational use, and their output can be imperfect, so verify anything important against the linked sources.
Paid plans
SpaceSphere offers a free tier and paid plans as presented to you at the point of purchase. Paid plans are billed through Stripe in the currency shown, renew monthly, and continue until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise the recurring charge for your plan until you cancel it.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access until then. Consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. By subscribing you agree that access to paid digital features begins immediately, which affects how the 14-day withdrawal right applies once you start using them. Refund requests are handled as set out in our Refund policy.
Content and intellectual property
The SpaceSphere name, design, and original content belong to SYGNITO. Live data and imagery belong to their respective sources and are used under their terms, with attribution on the site. Learn content is provided for your personal, educational use. Please do not copy or redistribute the service or its content beyond what the law allows.
Disclaimers and liability
SpaceSphere is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. The data shown is approximate and must not be relied on for navigation, emergency response, or collision avoidance. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have that cannot be limited by law, and nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, SYGNITO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. When changes are significant we will make that clear on the site. If you continue to use SpaceSphere after an update, that use is your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. You can reach us at contact@sygnito.com.
